Living on campus in our newly constructed Centennial Village private rooms or College Courts townhouses can provide many advantages, both socially and academically. All students are encouraged to live in student housing and take advantage of the opportunity to learn from varying cultures, backgrounds, life experiences and belief systems ultimately enhancing and broadening your interpersonal, team and life skills. The Off Campus Housing Listing is a service provided for the students of Olds College by the Students' Association (SAOC).
Your Orientation Day will be the start date of your program. The Olds College site will be updated with information for your program approximately one month prior to your program start date.
Our Career Services Office provides extensive services to students to help with finding placements for practicums and directed field studies, as well as employment upon graduation.
Career fairs, resume-writing and interview skills workshops and an online job board are just some of the features available to you as a student.
Go Broncos! The Broncos Athletics program is built on a foundation of teamwork, strong work ethic, and athletic excellence. We compete in 8 different sports in the Alberta Collegiate Athletics Conference (ACAC), and strive to ensure the success of our teams, and the personal and athletic growth of our student athletes. Individuals interested in playing for the Broncos are asked to contact the head coach of the team they are interested in.

Olds College is situated on traditional Treaty Seven Territory, land of the Blackfoot Nations and Region Three of the Alberta Metis Nation. Olds College has developed two new spaces to enhance our indigenous students’ experience at Olds College. The Olds College Indigenous Centre gathering place opened in September 2017. In the summer months a traditional Blackfoot tipi is erected.
Olds College Health & Wellness is here to support students in a variety of free and confidential services. They include counselling, a health clinic, massage therapy, accessibility services, a test centre and our indigenous support services. If you need to see a doctor or nurse, need accommodations so you can be successful in your studies, or want to take care of your mental health, Olds College Health & Wellness is here for you.
Beginning your studies at a college offers many advantages. Colleges are often close to home, class sizes are smaller, tuition fees are more affordable and the quality of education is excellent. Many Olds College diplomas provide you with a transfer credit opportunity by which you may receive up to two years of transfer towards a specific degree program.
