Description:The Environmental Engineering program is intended to provide the additional skills and knowledge that engineering and science graduates require to successfully work on environmental assignments such as sustainability management, air quality, climate change, environmental impact assessment, life cycle assessment, contaminated sites, water treatment facilities, contaminant hydrogeology, integrated solid waste management, resource management, and green energy technology projects.

Admission Requirements

  •  Grade12 English 
Applicant must have: two years of education in English in an English-speaking country with one of the following: English 12 (67%) or 3.0 credits of post-secondary English, humanities or social sciences (67%) from a recognized institution.

Must have all of the following from a recognized institution: Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or natural resource management, 3.0 credits of English or BCIT Communications (60%), 3.0 credits of advanced-level technical mathematics or calculus (60%), 3.0 credits of organic chemistry (60%), 3.0 credits of general education in one of the following disciplines: humanities, natural sciences, or social sciences (60%).
