Description:The Jewellery Methods program provides you with the skills and abilities necessary to succeed in this demanding profession as a goldsmith/bench jeweller. The essential skills of measuring, sawing, filing, soldering and finishing are stressed early in the program. Once essential skills are achieved, you study more advanced goldsmithing, jewellery repair, gemsetting and model making as well as jewellery elective subjects.

  •  Grade12 English 

Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (if applying as a mature student 19 years of age or older), with completion of Grade 12 English (C or U).

Test Scores:
  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.0] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80]
Additional Admission Requirements:
    Basic computer literacy and skill level in Word and Excel are recommended.
