Description: | The Master of Arts in History attracts students working on North American and Caribbean, European, African, and Asian history. Historical and geographical fields include Canada, the U.S., Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Temporal and thematic fields include gender and women’s history, genocide and human rights, urban history, and international relations.
M.A. graduates are sufficiently prepared to teach at CEGEP and to conduct advanced research in their areas of concentration. They are qualified to pursue professional opportunities in the public and private sectors. |
