Description:

The Co-op program in Computer Science is a five year program, including five work terms. Students must complete a Fall, Winter and Summer work term and must follow the academic work schedule as outlined below (also found on the Co-operative Education website: https://www.recruitguelph.ca/cecs/). Prerequisites:*	These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. Grade12 English Grade12 Calculus and Vectors Applicants are required to have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), with ENG4U, Calculus and Vectors, and 4 additional courses.
Test Scores:	International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 85] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 89] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 70]

Additional Admission Requirements:	To be eligible to continue in the Co-op program, students must meet a minimum 70% cumulative average requirement after second semester, as well as meet all work term requirements.
