The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education (5-Year Integrated) program is intended to serve students entering university with a clear professional goal in mind. This program is designed to prepare students as teachers in the early and middle years stream. The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education (5-Year Integrated) Degree will consist of 150 credit hours of coursework with 90 credit hours in the Faculty of Arts (Liberal Arts Distributed Major) and 60 credit hours in the Faculty of Education (Bachelor of Education) program. In order to complete the program in 5 years, students must complete 30 credit hours per year. If desired, students have the option of completing their 90 credits in the Faculty of Arts on a part-time basis.

Grade 12 with a minimum of 60% average on six Grade 12 U/M courses including English. Mathematics 40S (Applied or Pre-Calculus) is strongly recommended. In general, students from outside the province who apply for admission to Brandon University as regular students are required to have met the minimum requirements for admission to a University in the province or territory in which they graduated from High School.
