Over $1.5 million in scholarship and bursary money was awarded to outstanding students in 2016. The deadline to apply for entrance awards is March 1, preceeding each year's regular session. Brandon University, Campus Manitoba student eligibility for awards and assistance depends on the number of Brandon University courses being attempted.

International students studying in Canada on a student authorization are not eligible for any student loans or scholarships offered by the government or by Brandon University. Students may become eligible in senior years for scholarships that are awarded on the basis of outstanding performance.
