|Description:||Learn the fundamentals and the artistry of food preparation in a hands-on environment that includes practical experience producing international gourmet fare for our on-campus public cafeteria. Earn Professional Cook 1 and 2 certification in three semesters (44 weeks), with the option to complete a Professional Cook 3 Apprenticeship.
