In this survey, we will ask your perceptions about a university in Ontario.
If you're between 16 and 29 years old, we want to hear from you! Everyone who completes the survey will have the opportunity to be entered in a prize draw to win a $1,000 cash prize.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Those interested in entering the draw will be asked for their name and email address. Please note that any email addresses that are collected will be used only to contact the winner of the draw. We will not contact you unless you have won.
