Applicants require: a Bachelor of Education degree and one of the following types of certificates granted by Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth: General Certificate, Limited Certificate, or Clinicians' Certificate; or equivalent from other provinces; or a bachelor's degree and two years of appropriate teaching/work experience.
For provincially certified teachers, the Bachelor’s degree requirement should be specified to have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Permanent Professional Certificate and Provisional Learning Certificate have been renamed from General Certificate and Limited Certificate, respectively.
