Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) is Vancouver's most progressive centre for culinary and baking & pastry arts education. Since 1997 our accredited Institute has offered highly regarded 90% hands-on career programs in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts with the option of expanding your career training with a 1-Year Dual Diploma program. Sessions commence in January, April, June and September each year. Our programs are designed for students who wish to be productive immediately in a professional environment upon graduation. Areas of Expertise

Real-world and 90% hands-on training in a guaranteed small class for the Culinary Arts (15 students max per one Chef Instructor) and Baking & Pastry Arts (12 students max per one Chef Instructor) for immediate entry into the food service hospitality industry upon successful graduation.

On Campus Housing

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts does not have on-site student residences but can provide information on how to find housing in Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area.

Off Campus Housing

Accommodation assistance is provided and accommodation is plentiful within close proximity to the Institute.
