Learn about decolonization, Indigenous ways of knowing and anti-oppressive practices. Gain extensive hands-on experience working with individuals, children and families, groups and communities in complex social settings. Choose from a generalist approach to social work practice or pursue a child intervention concentration. Graduates are eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers.

Grade12 English Grade12 Social Studies or Grade12 First Nations Studies Mount Royal has institutional admission requirements which must be met to be considered for admission into our academic programs. Once you have applied and we have received all of your supporting documentation, the Admissions Office will determine your admission category.
