International Student Scholarships From Humber College
Over 3,000 international students from more than 130 countries around the world have chosen Humber College in Toronto, Canada as their education destination.
Humber offers a number of scholarships for international students, ranging from one-off awards of $1,000 to a renewable full tuition fee scholarship. These scholarships are available at the time of admission and offered as a discount on tuition fees, based on the sustained academic performance of the applicant.
All undergraduate degree applicants are eligible to receive ‘Bachelors Degree Scholarships’ which are offered based on high-school/upper year grades.
International students completing Humber’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program with a GPA of 80% or more – and applying for a degree at Humber College – are eligible for a one-time scholarship of $1,500. The 8-level EAP program fully prepares students to study in a college academic environment. To support International students, the English Language Centre also created the following annual awards:
- Academic Excellence Award in English for Academic Purposes (3 x annual awards of $250 each)
- The English for Academic Purposes International Student Diploma Pathway Award (1 x annual award of $500)
- The English for Academic Purposes International Student Degree/Postgraduate Pathway Award (1 x annual award of $500)
Each of Humber’s eight Academic Schools offer awards and scholarships as well. For example,
The Business School is currently offering a $2,500 scholarship incentive for diploma students – the only one of its kind in Canada! Applicants must have completed a two- or three-year diploma at a publicly funded college with a program GPA of 80% or better.
