Animation. Graphic Design. Illustration and Concept Art. Interior Decorating. Interior Design. What do these Algonquin College programs have in common? When you apply, they ask for a portfolio.

All programs have requirements and pre-requisites of some kind. Its important that you research your particular program to make certain there are no surprises.

Admission requirements vary between specific colleges and programs. In most cases, an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent is required. Graduate Certificate programs may ask for a prior college or university certificate, diploma or degree for admission.

You're responsible for ensuring that you meet academic requirements. The Algonquin College Registrar's Office can inform you of any changes to the admission requirements that are not contained in recent publications or on the Algonquin website.
